Francisca "Frances" Flores, 87, Altus, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Navajo Cemetery with Rev. Madison Clinton officiating. Services are under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Frances was born March 4, 1930 in Raymondsville, Texas to Mateo and Simona (Ramirez) Reyes. She married S. L. Flores in Marlin, Texas in 1951 and they moved to Altus in 1953. Frances was a homemaker and a long time member of the Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, S. L. Flores; her son, Jesse Mendiola; her grandson, Michael McMahon; one brother and one sister.
Frances is survived by her children; Elias Flores; Irma Lee and husband, Dirk; Serapio (J.R.) Flores and wife, Nancy; Daniel Flores and wife, Mindy; and Susan McMahon and husband, Mike; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one sister.
The Flores family will greet friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Kincannon Funeral Home.
