Bobby L. Miller

Bobby L. Miller, 56, Blair, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Blair Cemetery with Rev. Jarrod James officiating. Services are under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Bobby was born on January 27, 1959 in Haskell, Texas to Bobby Lee and Estelle (Parsons) Miller. He attended schools in Amarillo, Texas, Blair, Oklahoma and graduated from Altus High School in 1977. He married Debra Owens in Benjamin, Texas on September 17, 1984. Bobby worked in the oilfield as a ruffneck and enjoyed farming and ranching with his father, Tommy McMillin. He liked horses, country music, western movies and the Dallas Cowboys. Bobby was a Christian and had attended the Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Miller; his father, Tommy McMillin, his wife, Debra; grandparents, Joe and Edna Parsons and Jack and Wyn Nelle McMillin; aunts, Inez Roberts and Barbara Gardner; and uncles, Bob Conger, Travis and Leon Parsons. Survivors include his mother, Estelle McMillin, of Blair, OK; his son, David Miller, of Blair, OK; his brother, Michael Miller and wife, Debra, of Blair, OK; stepsister, Kari Ann Ochoa and husband, Gilbert of Marion, TX; aunts and uncles, David and Charlotte Parsons of Paducah, TX; Bobby and Judy McMillin of Blair, OK; Gayle Conger of Blair, OK; six nieces; one nephew; several great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
