Cecilia Dawn Smith, 45, of Warren, Oklahoma ended her long battle with cancer surrounded by family on Monday, December 13, 2021. Family visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Kincannon Funeral Home. Cremation services are under the care of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Cecilia “Dawn” Smith was born on August 1, 1976 to Cecil and Linda (Dungan) Smith in Pasadena, California. She graduated from Arroyo Highschool in El Monte, California and later received a Pharmacy Technician Certification from Southwest Technology Center in Altus.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil; and one nephew, Paul “Paulie” Garrison, Jr.
Dawn is survived by her mother, Linda; daughter, Briana Gallegos; son, Joseph Cecil Salomon; siblings, David Hollowell and Paul Garrison and wife, Alma; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
