Chad Alan Berry

May 23, 1979 — July 10, 2022

Chad Alan Berry, 43, was born in Hobart, OK on May 23, 1979 to Renda Mace Berry and Danny Berry. He was the youngest of their three children. He attended Mt. View and Carnegie Public Schools. In high school he also attended Caddo-Kiowa Career Tech where he studied welding. After high school, he pursued a career in carpentry. Chad worked as a carpenter for Green Valley Construction with his father most of his life. At the time of his death, he was working at Rainy Mountain Ranch for his Aunt Tuffy and Uncle Terry Hawkins.

Chad’s greatest blessings were his two children, Alex and Chelsea. In his free time, he enjoyed watching Alex play football and watching Chelsea compete in gymnastics, volleyball and basketball. He was incredibly proud of Alex and Chelsea; he would brag to his friends about their many accomplishments. Chad passed from this life on July 10th at his home in Cooperton.

Chad will always be remembered for his quick wit and generous heart of gold, never hesitating to help people out.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Alex and Chelsea Berry; his mother, Renda Mace and stepfather, Billy Oliphant; his father, Danny Berry and stepmother, Terry; siblings, sister, Stacey Davis and husband, Mitch and their children, Clay and wife Kaylee, Cooper, Caisyn and Cyanne; brother, Coby Berry and his children, Dallin, Tanner and Carli; step-sister, Sarah Kerr and husband, Caleb and their children, Ty Friton and his wife, Grace, and Natalie; step-brothers, Jason Russel and wife, Tiffany and their children, Gray and Brian, and Cody Preston; aunts and uncles, Dorinda and Carroll Stenger, Tuffy and Terry Hawkins, and John Mace; close cousins, Dace, Toby and Haley; great niece, Kasey; great nephews, Kale and Kase; and many close friends who were like family to him.

Chad was preceded by his paternal grandparents, Carl and Anabelle Berry; maternal grandfather, Rendal Mace; and cousin, Andrew Hawkins.

A celebration of Chad’s life will be held at Rainy Mountain Ranch Lodge (3 1/2 miles South of Gotebo on State Highway 54 on the East side of the highway) at 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Online tributes may be made at kincannonfuneralhome.com
