Doyle Eugene Hunt, Jr., 63, formerly of Altus, passed away on August 24, 2021 at his home in Metairie, Louisiana. Cremation services are entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Doyle was born on July 5, 1958 to Doyle E. Hunt, Sr. and Charlotte N. (Maynard) Hunt in Altus, Oklahoma. He was a 1976 graduate of the Altus High School, and later attended the Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. After his graduation he worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a supervisor. In his spare time Doyle enjoyed reading, RVing and spending time with his pet cats.
Doyle was preceded in death by his parents, numerous aunts and uncles. He is survived by his brother, John Hunt, of Altus and numerous cousins.
