Glenda Marie “Cookie” Warren, 78, Altus, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Cremation has been provided by Kincannon Funeral Home with no other services planned at this time.
Glenda was born January 29, 1942 to Roy S. and Sarah M. (Scroggins) Warren in Tulare, California. The family later moved back to Southwest Oklahoma where Glenda attended Altus Public Schools. She was a homemaker and enjoyed the simple things in life. Glenda was known for her kindness and gentle spirit.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Sarah Warren; her sister, Barbara Gayle Darnell; and her brother, Aubrey Duane Warren. Survivors include her brother, Steve Warren; and her brother-in-law, Lou Darnell.
