Janice was born to Harold and Marion (Walker) Nichols on July 26, 1963 in Amarillo, TX. Janice is the youngest daughter of 5 siblings. Janice completed her license of cosmetology at Aladdin Beauty College. Janice married Raymond Wyatt at Hess Baptist Church and was blessed with two wonderful sons, Brandon Lee Wyatt and Eric Wray Wyatt, who were the joys of her life. After spending the majority of her life in the Fort Gibson/Muskogee area in Oklahoma, and working for the Department of Corrections, she made the move back to her childhood home in Altus. Janice was very active as the church secretary at Emmanuel Baptist Church and recently earned the privilege to perform with the Singing Churchwomen of Oklahoma.
Janice is survived by two sons, Brandon Wyatt and wife, Hali of Fort Gibson, OK, and Eric Wyatt and wife, Faith, of Hulbert, OK; parents, Harold and Marion Nichols of Altus, OK; siblings, Diana Thurmond and husband, Raymond, of Altus, OK, Terri Houdek and husband, John, of Paris, TX, Patricia Colston and husband, Robert, of Burns Flat, OK, and Glenn Nichols and wife, Stacy, of Claremore, OK; and grandchildren, Axle, Jackson, and Hudson (due in Dec 2018).
