Jessie Lee Moore, 84, Altus, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Magnolia Creek Care Center. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Altus City Cemetery with John Lingle officiating. Graveside services are under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Jessie Lee Moore was born July 7, 1936 in Elmer, Oklahoma to John W. and Ruby E. (Maxwell) Moore. He attended school in Elmer and began his lifelong farming and ranching venture. Jessie married Elizabeth Bashaw the year of 1959 in (Vernon Texas) and to this marriage (Three) children were born. Jessie farmed and ranched his entire adult life and was of the Christian faith. Above all else, Jessie was a great grandfather to all his grandchildren.
Jessie also married Nona Englett in the year 1987) in (Vernon, Tx) and to this marriage Two children were born.

He liked to tinker with small engines and lawn mowers. Jessie also liked to ride those lawnmowers and many stories have been generated as a result! Jessie loved all animals, especially horses, and his favorite furry friend, his Chiuahuah named “Lucky.”

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents; his son Victor Englett and stepson, Robert Englett; four brothers, Johnny Ike Moore, Larry Moore, Garry Moore and Willy Bill Moore; and one sister, Ruby Fay Raper.

He is survived by his children; Melinda Binns (Lonnie); Kathy McKenzie (David); Thomas Moore (Debbie); Amber Englett; Sunshine Sanchez (Robert); James Englett; two brothers, Jack Moore; and Louis Moore; and one sister, Sarah Linnie Smith and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
