    November 11, 1955 - September 11, 2020

    Johnny Lee Elkins, 64, Altus, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. No services have been set and cremation was under the care of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Johnny Lee Elkins was born on November 11, 1955 in San Diego, California to Ivan Orso and Olgie Mae (Sanders) Elkins. He graduated high school and served in the US Army. Johnny worked for several years at Altus Air Force Base with the A-Team. He married Luci on April 26, 2004 in San Mateo, Isabela, Philippines. Johnny enjoyed gardening and taking care of his dogs. Survivors include his wife, Luci, of the home; two daughters, LeAnn Elkins and Sandra Braughton and husband, Jeff; two sons, Ivan and Jason Elkins; and many grandchildren, other family members and friends.
