Juana Sharp

Juana Ivette Sharp, 71, of Altus, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Private family services will be held at a later time. Cremation services were entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Juana Ivette Cruz was born August 29, 1948 to Severo and Flora (Diaz) Cruz in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Juana earned her Bachelor Degree from the University of Puerto Rico after graduating high school. Juana and Chester L. Sharp were united in marriage on June 26, 1974 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Juana worked for AAFES in several departments for twenty three years. She loved going to bingo, reading crime novels and doing crossword puzzles.

Juana is preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She leaves behind a son, Michael Sharp of Hawaii and daughter, Monica Buxton and husband Robert of Altus; grandchildren, Alexander Sharp, Ahrianna Rapoza, Makayla Sharp, Emilio Sharp, Joshua Buxton, Joseph Buxton and Jordan Buxton. She also leaves a sister Carmen Cruz and brother Rafael Cruz and wife Mercedes as well as numerous other family members and friends.
