Lucibel Demata Elkins, age 62, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Integris Hospital House in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cremation services are under the care of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Lucibel was born on December 11, 1958 in Quezon City of the Metro Manila Provence in the Philippines to Lucino Lipang and Isabel Acuna (Umali) Demata where she also attended school. She later married Johnnie Lee Elkins on April 26, 2004 in San Mateo, Philippines. She enjoyed her work as the Quality Assurance Manager at Bar-S, was of the Catholic faith, and enjoyed traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie; her parents and one brother.
Lucible is survived by her daughters, Luriz Roie Gutierrez Valenzuela and husband, Alfred, Djerti Jean Malapitan and husband, BJ; stepdaughters, Sandra Braughton and husband Jeffrey, and LeAnn Elkins; son, Miguel (Mico) Gabriel Gutirrez; stepsons, Ivan Elkins and Jason Elkins; and two brothers.
