Margie E. Behne, 87, Altus, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. Cremation has been provided by Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Margie E. Behne was born September 28, 1934 to Frank and Jewell (Lynn) Sullivan in Marshall County, Oklahoma. On June 29, 1977 she and Robert Dean Behne were married in Vernon, Texas. Margie and Robert loved to travel, filling their passports with stamps from many countries in South America. She was the proud owner of The Cavalier Club in Altus, where she worked 48 years until her passing.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; and her two sons, Ausie “Pat” Patterson and Frank Patterson. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Debora Newell; one brother, Carrol Dean Sullivan; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many friends.
