Martha Ann Parker, 73, Altus, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 in Waukomis, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 17, 2017 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Dr. Jeff Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Martha Ann Scott was born on July 24, 1943 in Coldwater, Mississippi to Clay Morrison and Doris Rae (Pryor) Scott. She married Billy R. Parker on August 26, 1962 in Coldwater, Mississippi. He passed away on August 25, 2010. Martha worked for First State Bank in Altus for 49 years before retiring. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and enjoyed shopping and time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He parents and a brother, Roland Massey, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Parker and wife, Debbie, and Scott Parker and wife, Lezlie; seven grandchildren, Ashley McNear and husband, Ryan, Stephanie Dowell and husband, Jarod, Autumn Thomas and husband, Darrell, Lindsay and Brandon Parker, Levi Burrows and wife, Sam, and Michael Derr and wife, Veronica; ten great grandchildren, Hayden and Eli McNear, Jaryn and Adler Dowell, Addi and Kynlee Thomas, and Aubree, Jasmine, Michael, Jr., and Xavier Derr; her twin sister, Betty Turner and husband, Jimmy; a brother, Bobby Clay Scott and wife, Polly; a niece, Carol Ann Rowe and husband, Billy; and a nephew, Jimmy Turner and wife, Martha.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
