Michelle Guadalupe Gunhammer, 35, passed away at her home in Altus on Friday, December 16, 2016. Memorial services have been scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the First Christian Church in Quanah, Texas. Cremation services have been entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home.
Michelle was born to Olga Ortiz on January 8, 1981 in Quanah, Texas. She attended school in both Quanah and Uvalde, Texas, where she participated in the Special Olympics. Michelle loved music and driving around with her mom listening to music.
She is preceded in death by a loving uncle, Bobby Duncan, and a cousin, Robert Bentz.
Michelle is survived by her loving parents Olga and Alfredo Montiel of Altus, OK; sisters, Misty Heard of Quanah, TX, Marcia Briones and Melanie Call, both of Altus, OK, and Marissa Parmer of Wichita Falls, TX; her grandmother, Lili Garza of Fort Collins, CO; as well as her loving aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
