Norma "Norm" Drury

Norma Lee “Norm” Drury, 80, of Altus, OK passed away July 4, 2013 at English Village Manor. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home.
Norm was born on April 27, 1933 to James Grady and Dessie Ellen (Grant) Osborne in Olustee, Oklahoma. She attended school in Olustee and studied early childhood development at WOSC. On November 12, 1965, Norm married Paul Drury in Altus, OK. She attended the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one grandson, Kellan Dane Drury; three brothers, Bill, Virgil and Howard Osborne; and one nephew, Larry Osborne.
Mrs. Drury is survived by a very special and devoted friend, Jess Brown, of Altus, OK; four daughters, Sue Payne and husband, Connie, of Altus, OK, Pam Harris and husband, Frank, of Altus, OK, Dean Groves and husband, Lonnie, of Maysville, OK, Paula Jordan and husband, Gary, of Grand Prairie, TX; two sons, Mike Drury and wife, LeAnn, of Altus, OK, Terry Drury of Idabel, OK; one brother, Arthur “Slim” Osborne of Gruver, TX; one aunt, Mary Bilbrey of Altus, OK; seventeen grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren; a special niece, Denice Sadler, who was like a daughter and was always there to help and offer support; Denice’s husband, Tommy, and their children, Jodi and Randy; a very special nephew, Chad Osborne and a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Olustee Scholarship Fund or the Olustee Cemetery.
