Pauline Oden, 88, Altus, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Altus City Cemetery with Jan Ivan Oden officiating. Burial will be under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.
Pauline Oden was born on January 26, 1928 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Cruz and Atanasia (Soto) Andrada. She married the love of her life, Jerry Oden, on June 17, 1953. Pauline worked at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital for 48 years until her retirement in 2013. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and was especially fond of her little dog, Lucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Oden; a son, Doyle Oden; three brothers, Tino, Fidel and Pete Andrada; and a sister, Juanita Rocha.
Survivors include her son, Bobby Oden and wife, Lacresia; a sister, Margaret Easter; daughter-in-law, Donna Oden; six grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason (Pamela), Alyson (Lynn), Amanda (Scott), Brandon (Jennifer), and Alyssa (Corey); nine great grandchildren, Dillon, Jak, August, Brooklyn, Ashley, Kylee, Kaylee, Alexis and Corey; one great great grandchild; several nieces, nephews and cousins; a special little dog named Lucky; and a host of friends including special friends, Chris and Regina Jones.
Memorial contributions in honor of Pauline may be made to the Jackson County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, 1200 E. Pecan, Altus, OK 73521.
