Raul Garcia

Raul Garcia, 67, Altus, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, August, 4, 2020 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Pastor Gregorio Albineda officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Raul was born to Heleodoro Garcia and Petra Florez on August 11, 1952 in Morelos, Mexico. Raul and Guadalupe Gonzales were united in marriage on February 16, 2003 in Vernon, Texas. He worked for Tyson foods for 18 years and has been working at Bar S in Altus for the past ten years. Raul was a member of the Iglesia Cristiana Calvario Church in Vernon, Texas, where he was a deacon for over twenty five years. He also served as the Pastor for two years. Raul attended Primera Iglesia Baptisto in Altus and had a passion for serving the Lord and others. He loved his ministry and enjoyed collecting eagles.

Raul is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Celia Garcia. He leaves behind his wife, Guadalupe, of the home; two sons, Jose Saul Garcia and Abram Garcia; daughter, Andrea Garcia; four grandchildren, Jose, Matthew, Elias and Andres; two brothers, Florentino and Francisco Garcia; as well as many other family members and friends.
