Ricardo Castillo

Ricardo “Rico Suave” Castillo, 52, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his home in Altus. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Altus City Cemetery with Shawn Castillo officiating. Interment will be under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Ricardo was born on April 3, 1962 to Encarnacion and Emma (Isquirre) Castillo in Elsa, Texas. Ricardo and Patricia Mancha were married in Elsa, TX. He was a handyman by trade, working hard at anything he did. He loved to play horseshoes, barbecue, listen to the “Oldies,” as well as playing dominoes and dice. His most precious times were spent with family. Ricardo is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, of the home; three daughters, Maggie DeJesus and husband, Arturo, Shannon Castillo and husband, Jose Herrera, and Joanna Ruiz and husband, Reuben, all of Altus, OK; two sons, Ricardo Castillo, Jr. of Amarillo, TX and Elias Castillo of Elsa, TX; he also leaves behind eighteen grandchildren, thirteen brothers and sisters, and many friends.
