Robbie Jean Fagan

August 28, 1931 - March 15, 2022

Robbie Jean Fagan, 90, of Altus, Oklahoma went to be with her heavenly Savior on Wednesday, March 15, 2022. Services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 19th at the Ridgecrest Church of Christ in Altus. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Robbie Jean Duke was born on August 28, 1931 in Altus, Oklahoma to Franklin Gayle “Frank” and Minnie Ethelena “Lena” (Payne) Duke. She attended Altus Public Schools. Robbie married Melford Fagan on February 21, 1949 in Vernon, Texas. They moved to Texas for a brief time before moving back to Altus and establishing Fagan Plumbing Company where she was a bookkeeper for the family business. Robbie enjoyed spending time at church activities and was an active member at Ridgecrest Church of Christ. She also enjoyed reading the newspaper and drinking coffee on the back porch on Saturday mornings with Dewayne, Felice, David and Brenda. One of her greatest joys was watching the family Easter egg hunts. She would watch with a smile on her face as the children hunted colored eggs and the adults would help hunt the eggs in the hard-to-find places. Her grandchildren knew her as ‘Momo’; some might not agree with what they were doing but nothing would ever stop her from loving them. Robbie went to be with her heavenly Savior on March 16, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 wonderful years, Melford; and parents, Frank and Minnie. Robbie is survived by her daughter, Brenda Myers and husband, David; son, Dewayne Fagan and wife, Felice; grandchildren, Janell Myers, David J. Myers, Chastity Scarbrough and husband, Gregg, and Anthony Fagan and wife, Jennifer; 10 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; sister, Joy Woods; and many other family and friends.
