Our beloved, Robert "Rob" Allen Dickenson, 48, Altus, was called home on September 2, 2015 in Knoxville, Tennessee. A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 9, 2015, in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Keith Phillips and Tommy Richeson officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Services are entrusted to the Kincannon Funeral Home.

Rob was born on July 19, 1967 in Amarillo, Texas. Rob was living his dream. He was the General Manager at a new dealership in Knoxville, TN where he was impacting more lives! Wherever Rob was, people's lives were being changed. He married Paula Barnes on October 23, 1998 in Childress, Texas. Rob loved cars, whether racing, selling or just driving on the roads and he loved his Harley! Rob had a passion for adventure and always found a way to make it happen! He was such a mentor to so many and has left his legacy with us all! Rob was of the Baptist faith.

Family was Rob's everything! Gage and Kolby were the apples of his eye. Rob would do anything for his family no matter how far away he was. He just made good things happen.

Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard Allen Cox and A.L. and Sarah Ellen Dickenson, birth mother, Betty Louise Cox, and father and mother-in-law, Jake and Inagene Barnes. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Paula Barnes Dickenson; one son, Gage Allen Dickenson, and Gage's mother, Joelle Ray Dickenson; two daughters, Shannon RonJe-Condon and her husband, Tim, and Kristin RonJe; three grandsons, Blake Poling, Kolby RonJe and Lucas Condon; one granddaughter, Paige Condon; his loving parents, Jerry and Judy Dickenson; grandmother Joyce Cox; three sisters, Cheryl Walker and husband, John, Melody Wadley and husband, Randy, Angela McKenzie and husband, Craig; three brothers-in-law, Darrell Barnes and wife Becky, Roger Barnes and wife Lynda and James Barnes and wife Madalene; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and special friends that meant the world to him!

Rob left quite a legacy in his 48 years that many of us will never attain! He was admired, loved, and cherished by all of us. Rob would not want us to cry for him but rather live our lives and reach for our dreams and celebrate the wonderful life he lived!
