Sandra Sue Shaw

Sandra Sue Shaw, 65, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at her home in Altus. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation services have been entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home. Sandra Sue Spradlin was born on September 10, 1949 to Woodrow and Opal (Ledbetter) Spradlin in Altus, Oklahoma. Sandra was the youngest of six children. She attended school in Altus. Sandra and Ray Edgell were married in 1963. She later married Willie Shaw, III in 1996. Sandra was a hairdresser, caretaker and manager of the Big Bubba’s convenience store next to the Friendship Inn. She was of the Christian faith. Sandra loved to bowl and won the Ladies State Championship in 1977. She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Lisa Michelle Rutherford in 2006, two brothers, Jerry and Jimmie Spradlin, and three sisters, Beverly Darcy, Bonnie Ford and Veda Jo Eiler. She is survived by her husband, Willie; three daughters, Kimberly Edgell of Cache, OK, Sheila Jo Edgell of Fountain City, IN and Crystal Edgell of Altus, OK; one son, Raymond Edgell, Jr. of Altus, OK; six grandchildren, Steven Archie and wife, Kristin, of Cache, OK, Jay Archie of Medicine Lodge, KS, Alec Rutherford of Altus, OK, Andrew Rutherford of Altus, OK, Amanda Longoria of Fountain City, IN and Ashley Edgell of Fountain City, IN; eight great-grandchildren, Christian Archie, Elijah Archie, Liana Edgell, Noah Ray Rutherford, Andrea Edgell, Maria Romos, Aaleesa Romos and Lilyana Romos. Sandra also leaves behind a host of friends.
