Sarah Beth Snipes

Sara Beth Snipes, 66, formerly of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022 in Elgin, Texas. Graveside Services will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 8th at the Navajoe Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Sara Beth Snipes was born on February 14, 1956 in Altus to Nathaniel Jr. and Dorothy (Aronhalt) Harris. She grew up in Altus and attended Altus Public Schools. She moved to Austin, Texas where she worked as a receptionist at Lockheed Martin Corporation for several years. She was a very good cook and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Her father, Nathaniel Jr.; and three brothers, Gary Don, Harlan Harold and Kevin Wayne preceded her in death.

Left to honor her memory are her mother, Dorothy; daughter, Marisa Lynn; son, Eric Jason; four grandchildren, Victoria, Vincent, Lillian and Layla; and sister, Dee Guthrie.
