Willie Belle Hurst

Willie Belle Hurst, 97, of Altus, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Lone Star Cemetery, Rocky, Oklahoma, with Alex Casias officiating under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Willie Belle (King) Hurst was born on June 23, 1924 in Marcello, Arkansas to John Arther and Cora (Forshee) King. She eloped with Allen Hurst on February 24, 1941 in Arapaho, Oklahoma. She took great pride in being a homemaker and enjoyed traveling, fishing, sightseeing, hiking, and doing yardwork but her primary goal was to make a Happy Home for her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 31 years; parents; daughter-in-law, Linda Hurst; four sisters and three brothers.

Willie Belle is survived by her son, Alvin; four grandsons, Kevin and wife, June, Kurt and wife, Holli, Kendall and wife, Teresa, and Kent and wife, Missy; eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren
