Cecil Hilton Sheperson, Jr., 81, longtime resident of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The family will greet friends from 3:00 - 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 13th, at Kincannon Funeral Home. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, September 14th, in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Mike Turner officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Altus City Cemetery.
The family humbly requests that memorial donations be made in Cecil's name to the Altus Animal Shelter | 2200 Enterprise Drive | Altus, Oklahoma 73521.
