Javier Francisco Castillo-Arias, 35, formerly of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Services will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 12th, in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
The family will greet friends for a visitation and Rosary on Monday, March 11th, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Online tributes may be made at www.kincannonfuneralhome.com.
