Obituary

Jorge Andre Huerta, lovingly known as “Andre,” was born on March 26, 2002, to Jorge Huerta and Ana Bouche in Altus, Oklahoma. Altus was the place Andre proudly called home, where he grew up and graduated from Altus Schools. With a passion for aviation, Andre pursued his education at Aircraft Maintenance School, completing his training in 2022. He went on to become a talented civil service aircraft mechanic at Altus Air Force Base, where he shared his skills and dedication through his work. Andre’s journey reflected his commitment to learning, growing, and building a future doing something he cared about.

Andre was the kind of person everyone wanted to be around, with an inviting smile and a warm personality that made others feel welcome. He loved spending time with his family, traveling, grilling, golfing, and fishing. He also recently discovered a love for going to the gym. Andre proudly loved the color pink, no matter what anyone had to say about it. He enjoyed football and was once an OSU fan before recently switching his loyalty to OU. Andre’s unique personality and the joy he brought to others made him truly special to those who knew and loved him.

Andre passed from this life on October 19, 2026, at the age of 24. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Rene Dominguez, and his great-grandmother, Clementina Mata.

Andre’s memory will live on in his mother, Ana Bouche, and step-dad, Frank Ramirez; his father, Jorge Huerta; step-dad Joe Ramirez; his sister, Sommer Ramirez, and her partner, Moses Rodriguez; his step-siblings, Koby Rodriguez, Kristen Pekah and husband, Charlie, Sutton Ramirez, and Mia Ramirez; his grandparents, EB and Esperanza Huerta, Josie and Shawn Rosalez, Ma Jesus Aguilar, and Victoria Domingues; his aunts and uncles, Denisse Rivero and Juan,

Gil Huerta, Carol Huerta, Oscar Bouche, and Oliva Aguilar; his cousins, Jasmin, Jose, Adrian, Montana, Isaac, Tristan, Benjamin, Izabella, Rene Jr., Olivia, Giovanni, Nicole, Lorenzo, Amador, and Florencio; and his godparents, Saul and Brenda Borrego, and Juan and Ana Rivera. He will also be lovingly remembered by many other family members and dear friends.

Though Andre’s time on earth was far too short, the love, joy, and unforgettable memories he shared will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His smile, his spirit, and the special place he held in the lives of others will never be forgotten.
