Obituary

Kennon Dee Dosher was born on April 19, 1978, to Kenneth and Betty (Taylor) Dosher in Altus, Oklahoma. He attended Tipton High School, graduating with the Class of 1996. He continued his education at Western Oklahoma State College, where he was a proud member of the Pioneer Rodeo Team, before making his way to Oklahoma State University.

During his high school years, Kennon was actively involved in FFA, earning both his State and American FFA Degrees. He had a deep love for sports, showing animals, and the agricultural lifestyle that shaped so much of his life. Kennon possessed a natural talent for nearly everything he pursued. He was especially known for his skill in welding and building, his love of music, and the many hours spent cowboying alongside friends.

A gifted musician, Kennon enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, harmonica, and drums. He found great joy in sharing his music with others and loved entertaining those around him. He also had a special affection for his dogs, who were faithful companions throughout the years.

Above all, Kennon will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, offering friendship easily and always ready to lend a helping hand. His easygoing nature, caring personality, and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Kennon passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the age of 47 in Tipton, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmo and Josie Dosher and A.G. and Mozella Taylor. His memory will live on in his children, Conner, Kinsler, and Krosby Dosher; his fiancée, Fallon Love and her son, Brodie; his parents, Kenneth and Betty Dosher; his sister and brother-in-law, Rachel and Cody Beckner; his nieces, Chauncey Penick and Cayden Huffstetler; and many special relatives and friends.
