Levi Gage West

Levi West, 29, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at his home in Blair, Oklahoma. Services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 28th, at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Levi Gage West was born on July 5, 1994, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Lindell “Vance” West and Ellie (Martinez) Hand. He was the third of four brothers. Levi attended and graduated from Blair School. He was an avid music lover and enjoyed fishing and playing video games. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ray and Escolastica “Nikki” (Roblez) Martinez. Those left to honor Levi’s memory are his children, Delilah and Saiyan; mother and stepfather, Ellie and David; father and stepmother, Vance and Kim; brothers, Aaron Abney, Trevor Abney, Nick West and wife, Madalyn, and Blake Grimes; niece and nephews, Jada, Colt, Denton, and Keaton; grandparents, Hugh and Lavanda Jones; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
