Lorenzo Ortega, 92, passed away peacefully at his home in Altus, Oklahoma on Friday, September 4, 2026. The family will formally greet friends from 5:30 - 7:30 PM on Thursday, September 10th, at Kincannon Funeral Home. Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, September 11th, in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at the Altus City Cemetery.
