Patricia Rufina Allen

Patricia Rufina Allen, 84, long time resident of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away at her home on Saturday, April 6, 2024. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, April 15^th, in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Father Felix Kuami officiating. Inurnment with her late husband, Stanley Paul Allen, will follow at 1:00 PM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery. Services are under the care of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Patricia Rufina Griego was born on August 22, 1939, in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Trinidad and Elvira (Garcia) Griego. She married Stanley Paul Allen on April 3, 1959, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Later that year Stanley enlisted into the United States Air Force and they made their life together as a military family. Patricia was a homemaker. After their arrival in Altus, she attended Western Oklahoma State College. She enjoyed woodworking, painting, bowling, and providing childcare. Patricia was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Her husband of 63 years, Stanley; and parents, Trinidad and Elvira preceded her in death. Those left to honor Patricia’s memory are her four sons, Tony Allen, Patrick Allen and wife, Tammy, Joseph Allen and wife, Lavern, and Peter Allen; daughter, Liza Allen; grandchildren, Shai, Kellee, Michael, Alexander, Xavier, Jessica, Johnny, William, Darian, Melanie, and Kiara; many great-great grandchildren; siblings, Tony, Michael, Silvia, Buddy, Johnny, Jackie, Vivian, and Frankie; and many other family members and a host of friends.
