Richard “Rick” Charles Williams, Jr. was born on October 18, 1963, at Castle Air Force Base in Atwater, California, to Richard Williams Sr. and Fredia Louise (Houston) Jensen. He grew up in Vincennes, Indiana, and graduated from Rivet High School. He later joined the United States Air Force and was stationed at Castle Air Force Base in Atwater, California. It was there that he met the love of his life, Maureen Moser, who was also stationed at the base. They were married in 1983 and were blessed with two children. Rick proudly served for many years as a jet engine mechanic with the United States Air Force. His career took his family to several bases before they made Altus their home in 1993. He had a deep love for working on airplanes and continued doing so until his retirement in 2020.

Rick had a love of motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons, and proudly expressed himself through his many tattoos. He found peace in caring for his yard and took pride in keeping it well-maintained, tending to it whenever he was able. Above all else, Rick treasured time spent with his family and friends, creating memories, sharing laughter, and enjoying the simple moments that meant the most to him.

Rick passed from this life on January 29, 2026, at the age of 62.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved daughter, Amber Williams. His memory lives on in his loving wife, Maureen; his son, Justin Williams; his son-in-law, Dustin Lewis; his sister, Theresa Flory, and her husband, Jeff; his cherished grandchild, Sarah Lewis; as well as many other relatives and dear friends.
