Shirley Kay Allison, beloved Mother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, November 7, 2022 at the Eldorado Cemetery in Eldorado, Oklahoma with Rev. Pete Wylie officiating. Services are under the care of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Shirley was born in Quanah, Texas to the late Donley and Gwen Long, and raised in Eldorado. She worked numerous years as a Title Examiner, retiring from Guarantee Title with 17 years, and later, retired from Archer Title. She enjoyed reading and embroidery. She was a wonderful singer and artist. Shirley was a lively spirit and loved by many. Her light is gone too quick but now is wrapped in the arms of Jesus.
She is survived by her twin sister, Sherry Long; her daughters, Theresa Maynard-Eagle and husband, Chris, and Toni Kinnard and husband, Matt; one grandson, Joel Maynard and wife, Grace; and her longtime spouse, Thomas Allison.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in honor of Shirley to Joniandfriends.org
